About me
I joined Hill Dickinson in 2024 to launch the firm’s new Debt Capital Markets practice, so my specialism is in debt finance. My focus is on debt capital markets and private credit transactions in both the public and private markets, which allows me to help clients with the structuring and executing complex debt arrangements including issues of new securities, senior and junior loan and note products and securities regulation.
My clients are typically corporate issuers and borrowers, financial institutions and supranational public sector organisations.
My career to date has given me significant experience in both public and private markets as well as in specialist securities advice. I combine that breadth of knowledge, with strong technical capability and communication skills to help companies grow through an effective debt capital strategy.
It’s why my clients come to me, they know I take the time to understand what’s truly important to them and apply my technical expertise towards the achievement of those aims.
I previously trained and practised in the ‘Magic Circle’ as well as practising in the London office of a Wall Street firm and another international firm. Prior to my legal career. I did a PhD and was a Fellow in English literature at the University of Cambridge.
