About me
I’m a London-based partner and head up the Real Estate Finance team. My practice focuses on real estate finance, commercial property development and investment, and joint ventures, with particular expertise in the hotel and housebuilding sectors.
I advise banks, financial institutions, developers, investors, end users and high-net-worth individuals. My approach is centred on building strong, long-term relationships and understanding both the transaction at hand and my clients’ broader commercial objectives.
Clients describe me as commercial, responsive and approachable. According to The Legal 500, I’m ‘very understanding of clients’ needs from a service, time and costs perspective’ and always ready to provide guidance, even beyond the immediate transaction.
Over the years, I’ve acted on landmark transactions such as the sale of West Ham United’s Boleyn Ground. I’m a committee member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Horners.
