About me
I’m a partner in the Yachts team, advising clients on the legal aspects that arise from the ownership and operation superyachts. I specialise in the construction, sale and purchase, design, management and ownership structuring of superyachts.
I’ve practised exclusively in superyacht law since 2001, representing mainly owners but also designers, brokers and managers on everything from bespoke new builds with the world’s leading shipyards to complex international ownership arrangements. I aim to identify the core issues of each instruction so as always to provide strategic, practical advice that allows clients to make informed decisions.
Clients value my clarity, deep sector experience, involvement with significant projects and long-standing track record, often returning for repeat instructions or recommending me to others.
I’ve chaired and presented at yachting seminars around the world and have been recognised in the Chambers High Net Worth Directory since its inception.
