About me

I lead Hill Dickinson’s Commercial, TMT & IP (Private Sector) team and our Technology sector group. I’m also a musician at heart, a former Oxford organ scholar and lifelong believer in the value of structure, harmony and listening well.

This informs my ability to advise clients on complex commercial, technology and IP arrangements, from licensing and outsourcing to platform development, data commercialisation and SaaS. With over 25 years’ experience across sectors including retail, telecoms, financial services and manufacturing, I support clients ranging from FTSE 100s to early-stage innovators.

Clients describe me as approachable, pragmatic and collaborative. I help navigate legal complexity without overcomplication and bring a clear focus on commercial outcomes, long-term partnerships and practical value.
