An associate in our Corporate team, I advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and group restructurings. I work with a broad range of clients including private equity houses, corporate buyers and sellers, founders and management teams.
Supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle is my specialism, whether it's executing strategic acquisitions, negotiating exits, or managing complex private equity structures. My approach is commercial, collaborative and solutions focused. I prioritise understanding each client’s objectives to deliver tailored, pragmatic advice that adds real value.
I’ve advised on transactions including the sale of DriveWorks to Bechtel AG and the Macquarie Group investment in AMS Group. Clients value my clear communication and passionate yet pragmatic approach, trusting me to handle complex matters efficiently. I enjoy being part of pivotal business moments, helping clients navigate risk and unlock opportunity.
In my personal life, I love travel and adventure and draw inspiration from books like Grit by Angela Duckworth.
