I’m a property litigator who acts as the advocate clients can rely on to protect their interests.
I deal with all aspects of Landlord and Tenant litigation, covering both commercial and residential cases. I’m an expert in handling commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and forfeiture of leases and subsequent relief applications.
My client base spans both landlords and tenants of all sizes. I’m experienced in handling property management for major retail chains, including those whose portfolios exceed 1,000 stores.
Logical and hands on in my approach, I provide clear, pragmatic guidance, always taking the time to explain confusing and complex law in simple terms. By doing so, I arm clients with the knowledge, insight and expertise they need to resolve any challenges they face with ease and confidence.
Discovering opportunities that push me to grow is something that motivates me. Whenever I get to devise a straightforward solution to a complicated issue for a client, I find it deeply fulfilling!
