About me

I work as a Corporate lawyer, advising both private and public listed companies on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, with a particular focus on the technology sector, specifically IT services, fintech, medtech and healthtech.

I also regularly advise businesses operating in the financial services, life sciences and leisure sectors.

My practice covers the full business lifecycle, from start-up to exit. This includes advising on investment transactions, M&A, flotations, RTOs, placings and open offers, as well as joint ventures, share buybacks and other corporate reorganisations.

Having previously served as in-house counsel for both Rothschild & Co and RBS Insurance, I’ve gained a valuable client-side understanding of what is and isn’t important to clients and how best to deliver that advice.

I firmly believe that it’s the strength and depth of the client relationship coupled with relevant experience that enables lawyers to provide their clients with the best advice at the right time. For me, developing strong client relationships, built on trust and understanding is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Away from work, I coach my daughter's grassroots football team, the perfect way to switch my mind to something completely different after a busy day!
