About me
As a partner in our Employment team, I advise clients on everything from contracts of employment, disciplinary issues and organisational change to redundancy scenarios and TUPE transfers.
I also represent my clients in employment tribunals or the civil courts, providing pragmatic advice and using my significant experience to help them achieve the best resolution.
I work across various sectors, but I spend the majority of my time advising clients in the healthcare sector. My specialism is advising NHS trusts and other healthcare organisations, particularly in relation to medical staff.
I’m also conscious that employment law is constantly evolving. This makes my work fascinating, and I’m passionate about ensuring I keep my clients up to date, by providing regular training and education.
