About me

I’m a specialist in mergers, acquisitions, cross-border transactions and private equity matters.

I advise both UK and overseas strategic acquirers, as well as family offices and large businesses on investments, acquisitions and disposals.

My practice has a strong international focus. I’m experienced in executing complex cross-border transactions, working closely with colleagues across various disciplines to deliver seamless, commercially driven outcomes across jurisdictions.

I’m known for going the extra mile for my clients and offering pragmatic advice that cuts through complexity. By taking the time to understand each client’s commercial objectives, I ensure they’re equipped to make confident, well-informed decisions throughout the transaction process.

Whether advising on the acquisition of a strategic asset, supporting expansion through investment or guiding shareholders through a business sale, I’m committed to delivering an efficient, high-quality service and achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients.

My experience in professional rugby has given me a strong work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure, ensuring I deliver the best service possible no matter the circumstances.

Outside of work, I’ve swapped a rugby ball for a golf club, but I’m still an avid follower of both club and international rugby.
