About me
I’m an employment law specialist with around two decades’ experience.
I’m here to support clients across the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment to termination. As part of this, I advise on TUPE, restructures and redundancies, while also supporting clients in resolving disputes relating to issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing and breaches of contract.
I work with in-house lawyers, HR professionals and senior executives across the public and private sectors. I’m particularly experienced in advising clients in the hospitality, leisure, media and entertainment industries.
I act as an extension of the client’s team, providing the commercial support they need to create and maintain a healthy working environment. I take a strategic and pragmatic approach, ensuring clients have the insight they need to take the best course of action, no matter the circumstances.
I’ve spent my career working across Liverpool, Manchester and London. I’m a mum to two little girls, who take up most of my free time, but when I do find time for myself, I love the outdoors, including running, long walks and heading off on ski trips.
