About me
I’m a Commercial Property partner with a specialist in Commercial Real Estate, so my clients are predominantly large property occupiers and investment property owners.
As their legal adviser, it’s essential that my clients clearly see me as the person who is driving the transaction forward. I help clients by listening to what they want to achieve and giving concise, precise, commercial legal advice, together with direction as to which route I suggest they take. It’s that personal commitment, diligence and accessibility that my clients value about my approach along with my aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Pragmatism is often key!
The reward, of course, is when clients are happy with the outcome and colleagues have enjoyed working on the transaction.
Away from work, I do pro-bono legal work for the Samaritans Buxton Branch and I think it’s important to give something back.
