I‘m a US-qualified attorney with a practice focused on cross-border commercial and regulatory matters in the shipping, transportation and logistics sectors.
Before joining Hill Dickinson's Singapore office, I worked as in-house counsel at a Korean conglomerate, advising senior executives in both Seoul and New York on transactions and disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
I’ve worked closely with international shippers, carriers and insurers, handling overseas litigation and arbitration and advising on compliance and risk management strategies. My in-house background means I understand the pressures clients face and prioritise practical, commercially driven solutions.
Having lived and worked in the US, China and South Korea, I bring a multicultural perspective and the ability to navigate cross-border challenges with clarity and precision.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and my Juris Doctor from the University of Hong Kong. I later earned my Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
