I guide clients through the construction cycle, providing the insight they need to get the job done.
I support on everything from early project inception and navigating procurement, to putting together the full suite of construction documents including building contracts, appointments and warranties.
I review and report on construction packages as part of acquisition and financing matters, and can help resolve disputes before they escalate. Should they do so, I offer the support clients need to engage in adjudication successfully.
I work with developers, contractors, consultants and funders. Clients describe me as someone who’s enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude. I always go the extra mile, providing clients with the commercially focused guidance they need to tackle challenges and achieve their aims.
Having a strong background in construction, I’m highly familiar with construction technology, QS spreadsheets and architects’ drawings, and I know my way around a site. This sets me apart, as it means I have a greater understanding of the goals and problems my clients face every day. Insider knowledge of site operations can also serve as a secret weapon when disputes arise!
There’s nothing like seeing a scheme come to life, following its journey from initial visualisation to completed building or development. Knowing I helped make that happen is truly fulfilling.
