About me
As Head of Hill Dickinson’s Family team, I specialise in complex matrimonial finance and high-net-worth divorce. This includes advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial remedy proceedings, and disputes involving children.
Many of the matters I handle feature business assets, offshore trusts, inherited wealth or international dimensions. I act for clients from a range of sectors including entrepreneurs, medical professionals, lawyers, and individuals with dynastic or media-linked wealth.
Clients value my eye for detail, clear strategy and calm, personal approach, especially when navigating emotionally charged issues. Most of my work comes through personal referrals, which reflects the trust I work hard to earn and maintain.
Ranked Band 1 in Chambers and a Next Generation Partner in The Legal 500, I also lead on gender diversity within the firm. Outside work, I’m all about family and yes, Purple Rain is my karaoke song of choice to the horror of my teenagers.
My experience
- I am a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family law practitioners.
- I sit on the Financial Remedy Court users Group for the Family Court in Liverpool working with the judiciary and other senior members of the profession to improve court services and processes.
- The work I undertake is highly confidential, but I frequently represent clients in the High Court as well as in the Court of Appeal.

- In 2023 we won Family Law Workplace of the Year at the Family Law Awards and in the same year I was listed by Business Today in the top 10 influential matrimonial lawyers dominating Liverpool’s legal landscape
