About me

I’m an expert in health and social care, medical ethics, inquests, mental capacity and mental health, as well as matters relating to public law.

I represent private and public healthcare providers including NHS Trusts, private hospitals, mental health providers, clinicians and GPs. Along with this, I support emergency services, social care providers, healthcare technology companies and private care homes.

I work closely with clients to understand their operational pressures and objectives, providing clear, strategic advice that empowers them to navigate complex cases with confidence and sensitivity.

I’m privileged to support clients through some of the toughest moments they’ll ever face. I take that responsibility seriously – guiding them through high pressure, emotionally charged cases with great care. Seeing clients overcome the odds and achieve a successful outcome is incredibly rewarding.

Giving back is central to who I am. I helped set up the first pro bono legal advice clinic at my law school and I often take on volunteering projects through my involvement in the Jewish community. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I also help organise events to raise awareness for the condition.

My experience

  • Extensive experience in jury and Article 2 inquests, including complex, high-profile and multi-agency matters which attract media attention.
  • Regularly acting for NHS bodies, private and mental health providers, along with individual clinicians, in sensitive and contested inquest proceedings.
  • Experience advising on urgent care decisions and supporting clinicians with best interest decisions.
  • Seconded to a large ambulance service, providing in-house inquest and regulatory support and advising on operational and governance issues.
  • Experience guiding clients through complex internal serious investigations.
