About me
Having practised for over 25 years, my expertise lies in dealing with employers and public liability litigation along with clinical negligence. I work with a range of healthcare organisations including NHS Trusts across the UK.
I’m experienced in helping clients navigate and handle issues relating to key pieces of legislation including the Equality Act 2010, Human Rights Act 1998 and the Mental Health Act 1983, as well as GPDR and workplace regulatory and legislative requirements. I deal with pre-action work and litigation, while also providing more general legal advice.
I strive always to achieve the best possible outcome for clients, offering straightforward, practical guidance to help them make informed decisions. I never compromise on quality and build excellent relationships, so clients can trust me to support them to achieve the best solution for them.
I’m an avid Liverpool supporter, attending both home and away games and I enjoy playing the guitar in my spare time.
