I’m a corporate partner with a focus on public markets, M&A and equity capital markets. I regularly advise on IPOs, takeovers, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, and lead Hill Dickinson’s Energy and Natural Resources sector.
During my career I worked in house, which has shaped my commercial and strategic approach. I understand not just the legal mechanics of a deal but also how it’s valued, structured and delivered. I’ve acted on listings across AIM, Aquis and the Main Market, and regularly advise boards and management teams on transformational transactions.

Away from the office, I’m often with family—watching football or heading out on day trips—or welcoming friends around the table at home.
