About me
Based in our Singapore office, I’m an associate specialising in international arbitration and trade disputes and transactions. I act for listed mining companies, shipowners, and financial institutions across Asia-Pacific and beyond, helping them resolve complex commercial disputes efficiently and effectively.
My experience includes acting for UBS in a successful claim exceeding £10 million against the director of an insolvent metals trading company, and finalising submissions for Fimbank plc -v- KCH Shipping Co Ltd before the UK Supreme Court. I also advise clients on cross-border contracts, trade finance and enforcement matters.
I’m valued for my clarity, responsiveness and commercial understanding; while my focus is on securing the best possible outcome through strategic planning, attention to detail and practical advice.
Fluent in Mandarin, conversational in Spanish and French and familiar with ancient languages, I enjoy exploring new cultures and, when I can, revisiting ancient ones like those of Naples and Pompeii.
