About me
My expertise lies in advising clients on real estate finance transactions – no matter the type of property involved. Matters I act on span both commercial and residential property refinances and purchases – this includes dealing with foreign companies, new developments and healthcare matters, as well as taking security over large portfolios of investment properties, trading business premises and development sites.
I’m here to support both borrowers and lenders, acting for banks (including Lloyds, HSBC, Santander and NatWest to name just a few) as well as private limited companies and high net worth individuals.
Clients see me as someone who’s always there for them, ready to see a transaction through, no matter the complexity or the various parties involved, to ensure they achieve their commercial aims.
My approach is methodical. Getting to grips with the matter from the outset, I determine what clients want, the underlying commercial drivers involved, and any challenges the real estate market may present, so I can advise clients on how best to achieve their aims, while avoiding any problems before they arise.
Completing a transaction on time is an absolute priority for me, and I find doing so truly rewarding. There’s nothing better than celebrating a successful transaction in my eyes.
My experience
- Acted for private limited company on a facility of £22m that was made available by United Trust Bank Limited to assist with a refinance and equity release.
- Acted for private limited company with an offshore ownership structure on a facility of £18m that was made available by Investec plc to assist with the refinance of mixed-use asset.
- Acted for Lloyds Bank plc on facility of £11m secured against a recently developed mixed use asset in a London borough.
