About me
As an Associate in Hill Dickinson’s London Shipping team, I specialise in commercial dispute resolution within the marine, trade and energy sectors.
My work ranges from charterparty and bills of lading disputes through to shipbuilding, ship sale contracts and general sale of goods matters. I have a particular interest in matters concerning both complex legal issues as well as highly technical scientific or engineering questions of fact.
I have experience of both English Court proceedings and international commercial arbitration under the auspices of the LMAA and ICC, and through whatever process may be applicable to a particular dispute I always seek to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
When working with clients my aim is that they feel reassured that their matter is in a safe pair of hands, knowing I have their best interests at heart and aware of the intricacies of their case. I always strive to consider every possible angle for my clients and work hard to achieve the best outcome both legally and commercially.
