About me
I’m Co-Head of the International Finance practice and work across asset, project and infrastructure finance, as well as equity, corporate, structured, leveraged and acquisition finance.
I initiate and arrange complex sell-side and buy-side transactions, funding arrangements, conduct intricate negotiations, provide strategic advice and partner with advisors, investors and financiers across diverse sectors such as, natural resources (mining and metals, renewables and energy transmission), infrastructure, real estate, and financial services.
More recently, my focus has been on the China - Africa corridor of investments into natural resources applying a range of experience which includes mergers and acquisitions of mining operations, equity investments, off-take arrangements, pre-production, streaming and other forms of equity or debt instruments.
What I enjoy most about my role is getting under the skin of a transaction – appreciating the risks and helping clients put sensible measures in place so they can move forward with confidence.
Clients often describe me as pragmatic and solution-focused, which reflects my commitment to keeping negotiations sharp and advice grounded in reality. With deep experience in the natural resources sector and an extensive network across Africa, I aim to bring insight and connectivity that adds real value to every transaction.
