About me
I’m an employment lawyer specialising in representing NHS clients on employment tribunal claims. These claims usually involve unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, though I also support our clients with non-contentious advisory work.
From initially working with the client to produce a response to an employment tribunal matter, to carrying out all of the steps to prepare the case for a final hearing, my aim is to make our clients feel well supported and reassured by my close attention to the factual details.
I’m thorough in my approach and proactive with problem solving, while taking the time to understand the client’s workload and capacity when dealing with deadlines, to simplify the legal issues as much as possible.
I find delving into allegations, applying the legal tests and developing strong robust arguments for clients so rewarding and I’ve been really proud of the knowledge, skills and confidence I’ve gained during my time with Hill Dickinson so far.
