As a senior associate in our Commercial Litigation team, I’m proud to have built a reputation that my clients can depend on me to resolve commercial disputes as efficiently and successfully as possible.
The kinds of clients I represent include high-net-worth individuals, owner managed businesses, as well as larger corporate organisations.
My practice spans general commercial disputes and construction litigation, along with fraud, corporate shareholder, director, and contractual disputes.
My approach is hands-on and strategic – I work closely with clients to understand their commercial goals and deliver tailored, practical advice to help them make informed decisions.
Clients describe me as responsive and tenacious. I don’t hide behind legal jargon, always taking the time to ensure my clients know what needs to be done.
My experience across multiple forums (TCC, First Tier Tribunal, and all higher courts) and my ability to coordinate cross-border fraud claims and urgent asset tracing, truly set me apart. No matter how complex the dispute, I have the expertise needed to reach a favourable outcome.
