About me

I’m an employment law specialist who helps clients navigate the various challenges which can arise from recruiting and engaging their workforce. I represent employers in the healthcare sector, working mostly with NHS trusts and organisations across the UK.

Having practised for over 20 years, I’m a safe pair of hands who provides the extensive sector knowledge clients need to make well informed decisions. I take a pragmatic, resolution focused approach.

I’m well versed in supporting on the regulatory and governance aspects of public sector employment, advising on various matters including high court litigation relating to MHPS processes. I also work with clients to review contracts and policies in line with legislation, NHS guidance and best practice.

Along with this, I help clients navigate challenging, often sensitive internal processes, such as doctors’ and senior executives’ contractual and disciplinary procedures.

I do everything I can to help clients be confident in their decision making. I deliver bespoke training and I also write articles, which have been published by the likes of HPMA and The Law Gazette.
