About me

I specialise in advising on international commodity trading disputes and have experience in litigation and arbitration subject to various trade and shipping rules such as GAFTA, FOSFA and LMAA.

Representing companies trading commodities or part of the supply chain, including trading houses, shipowners and insurers, my approach is always to build trusted, professional relationships, as I aim to assist in any way I can.

The most rewarding part of my work is helping move cases forward and getting results in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, all while staying calm and responsive.

I’m involved in pro bono work with the firm, and hope that our clients see me as an approachable solicitor, able to resolve their legal problems.

Away from work, one of my favourite memories is hiking in the Himalayas during a month spent in Nepal – such an incredible experience I’m yet to top!

• Advising in High Court sale contract disputes including those relating to cargo contamination.
