About me
I advise on a wide range of children and parenting issues, including living arrangements for children, parents moving away with children (either within England and Wales or abroad), financial provision for children and discreet matters such as urgent applications (e.g., prohibited steps orders), applications relating to parental rights and applications for personal injunctions.
I also support clients at all stages of divorce and separation, whether that involves engaging in negotiations inside or outside of court, tailoring my approach to each client’s needs and circumstances.
I’m committed to resolving matters in a proactive and empathetic way, taking all options available to achieve a solution that is both sensible and fair. When court proceedings become unavoidable, I take a robust approach to protect the interests of my clients.
Promoting the welfare of those around me is something that really matters to me, and as part of this, I’m a member of the firm’s Accessibility Health and Wellbeing group.
Outside of work, I like to keep myself busy. I’m a keen swimmer and I love a spin class, while I also enjoy running and keeping fit. I never say no to a good book and I’m a big fan of thriller novels.
