As a member of the executive management team, I have strategic and budgetary responsibility for IT, information services, operations and estates.
With over 30 years’ experience in professional services, my focus is on transformational change that delivers real value for our people and clients.
That includes introducing new technologies and working with creative supply partners to enhance the way we operate. I’m also passionate about creating flexible, sustainable workspaces that support wellbeing, collaboration and performance. My team brings particular expertise in M&A integration and international expansion, having led the successful opening or relocation of four overseas offices in recent years.
I like to think I bring some of my dad’s integrity, fairness and quiet leadership to my role. My proudest work moment was how our teams supported the firm throughout the pandemic. My most treasured memory is taking the whole family to the Maldives to celebrate my wife’s 50th.
