About me
With more than 20 years’ experience in employment law, I lead Hill Dickinson’s Employment and Education team as well as our Commercial Employment team in Liverpool.
I advise employers across sectors and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment issues, including discrimination, TUPE, equal pay, dismissals and breach of contract.
As an experienced tribunal advocate, I represent clients across England and Wales, supporting them through every stage of a dispute. Alongside litigation, I provide strategic guidance on transactions such as share sales, asset transfers and outsourcing arrangements.
Clients describe me as commercial, responsive and down to earth. I aim to act as an extension of their team, working in partnership to achieve pragmatic and effective outcomes.
I'm a married mother of three grown-up children and proud to have built my career across London, Manchester and back home in Liverpool.
