About me

As a Partner and National Head of Real Estate Litigation, I bring over 30 years’ experience to resolving complex real estate disputes.

My particular focus is on those involving mines and minerals, rights of light, and restrictive covenants. I’m proud to be recognised nationally for my work in these areas. I am also the National Head of Real Estate, which encompasses both our transactional and disputes teams.

I act for developers, insurers and multi-occupiers, offering clear, commercially focused advice to help every client achieve the best outcome, whether through litigation, mediation or early resolution. I’m known for taking a pragmatic approach and for making even the most niche legal challenges feel manageable.

What I enjoy most is the intellectual challenge and the satisfaction of helping clients move forward with confidence.

Beyond work, I’m into fitness training, cycling and golf, and I’ve supported Crystal Palace for as long as I can remember. Some would say this shows resilience. I prefer to think of it as evidence of commitment.
