I’m a specialist in corporate law.
I’m experienced in advising on acquisitions, disposals, investments and group re-organisations, as well as more general corporate matters.
I work with a wide range of clients from entrepreneurs and management teams to private equity investors, large corporations and PLCs.
I’m here to make transactions run as seamlessly as possible. I take the time to understand clients’ needs and goals, so I can offer a bespoke service every step of the way. I remain calm and consistent under pressure, helping clients make informed decisions no matter the circumstances.
I pride myself on providing a personal touch, so I can build lasting relationships with my clients. One of my favourite parts of my role is the shared sense of achievement when we come together to get a transaction over the line.
I like to give back to my local community, and I regularly fundraise and volunteer for charities such as LifeShare and the RSPCA Manchester and Salford.

- Advised a British retailer on its acquisition by an independent private equity firm
- Advised the shareholders of a leading clean technology and heating solutions provider on a major investment from a private equity house
- Advised shareholders on the sale of a group of marine insurance underwriting businesses to a global insurance brokerage
- Advised a professional services group on a £30 million placing and the back-to-back acquisitions of two leading advisory firms
