I’m a ship finance lawyer who’s here to support shipowners and financiers.
The areas I advise on include the financing of newbuild and second-hand vessel acquisitions along with refinancing arrangements, ship sale and purchase transactions and escrow arrangements. I also draft loan facility agreements and related security and inter-creditor documentation.
