About me
I support clients in effectively managing their real estate portfolios, helping them deal with disposals and acquisitions along with new lettings and lease re-gears.
My main area of focus is commercial real estate, but I also handle residential property matters. I work with small, medium and large companies as well as individuals, lenders and pension funds.
Highly pragmatic by nature, I do my utmost to deliver practical, commercially appropriate solutions, so transactions can be successfully completed in a way that works for everyone involved.
My communication skills are second to none. I make sure the client is fully aware of their position, so they can act with confidence, while ensuring that everything I say is always crystal clear to everyone involved, including third parties and intermediaries, so there’s no misunderstandings.
I’m extremely dedicated to delivering good results for clients, regardless of the circumstances. Problem-solving is a large part of my role. I enjoy taking on tough challenges and find it rewarding to negotiate commercially advantageous outcomes that align with the client’s objectives.
Outside of work, I’m a mum to two young children who mean everything to me.
