I’m an employment law specialist who provides strategic advice to both employers and individuals, enabling them to effectively navigate the complexities of employee relations and HR compliance.
I advise on unfair dismissals, discrimination claims, redundancies and reorganisations as well as drafting and reviewing disciplinary and grievance procedures, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and employment contracts. I also support clients on the employment law aspects of deals including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.

Whenever my clients face a problem, I look at it from all angles, taking the time to gain a strong understanding of their organisation’s culture, goals and appetite for risk. This enables me to provide the tailored advice my clients need to make an informed decision, suited to their circumstances, so they can reach the best possible outcome.
I don’t wait for a problem to present itself – I prepare clients for any challenges they may face, wherever I can. I deliver training seminars to HR and in-house legal teams on various employment law topics, so they have the insight to resolve any issues as effectively as possible.
