I advise educational institutions such as multi-academy trusts and local authority-maintained schools, along with charity sector clients and private companies, on a wide variety of issues.
I have a breadth of experience in educational matters such as school admissions, exclusions and behaviour, special educational needs matters and academy conversions. I also advise on data protection, policy drafting and review, commercial contract review and judicial review claims.
Clients value my straightforward, collaborative and solution-orientated approach. My goal is to work together with my clients to find the best possible solutions to the problems they face. I make sure to provide the high-quality, commercially focused advice they need to achieve it.

- Advising school clients on Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) consultation responses and challenges to the Secretary of State.
- Advising on judicial review claims brought for and against public sector clients.
