As Director of Business Development and Marketing, I lead Hill Dickinson’s firm-wide strategy to deepen client relationships and deliver standout experiences. With 30 years’ experience across brand, communications, marketing and client development, I still get a buzz from connecting people, ideas and opportunities.
I take a commercially focused, client-centric approach, translating strategic goals into practical plans that give colleagues the confidence and tools to engage meaningfully with clients and each other. I’m proud to be part of the firm’s leadership team and to have helped shape our strategic direction, from launching our brand and website to the sponsorship of Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Away from work, The Cat by Jimmy Smith never fails to lift my spirits, and I return to Pride & Prejudice each year for its timeless wit and charm.
