As a non-executive director at Hill Dickinson, I bring many years of global commercial, operational and governance experience gained across the private and public sectors. My focus is on strategic leadership, corporate governance, cultural definition and engagement, thereby ensuring we continue to grow profitably with clarity, integrity and a shared vision.
I’ve spent much of my career leading strategic change, supporting executive teams and helping businesses deliver sustainable financial growth through innovation and operational excellence. I have been recognised by Northern Power Women, Cranfield’s ‘100 Women to Watch’ and I am an Ambassador for Women on Boards.
