About me
I’m a healthcare lawyer focused on the public sector, so my clients are predominantly NHS trusts, central government, local authorities and utilities organisations.
I specialise in advising on all manner of contractual arrangements for services, supplies and works and, alongside that, the various procurement processes, documentation, framework agreements and contractual advice related to those arrangements.
Much of my work involves complex, long-term, multi-party contractual arrangements, so it’s essential that I use my in-depth knowledge of the NHS and the policy and legislative frameworks it operates in to engage directly with client teams, be proactive and work collaboratively to devise workable solutions.
The fact that my clients find me approachable and trust me to find innovative solutions to difficult challenges is what makes my job so rewarding. That and the intellectual challenge, which at any given time requires me to keep numerous plates spinning, is the reason I’m so passionate about and 100% committed to healthcare law.
