About me
I’m a specialist in commercial and corporate transactions.
I’m here to manage the legal and logistical factors of cross-border deals, empowering clients to achieve their commercial aims. I’ve worked with clients all over the world from energy companies and fintech data providers to the statutory bodies that manage national infrastructure projects.
My goal is to make things as straightforward as possible for clients, turning complex legal frameworks into practical, commercially focused insight they can rely on to get the deal done.
I’ve worked both as in-house legal counsel and at a boutique law firm, giving me a broad perspective on the day to day challenges clients face and the practical steps needed to close complex deals.
I’m fascinated by the mechanics of global trade and I feel privileged that, in my role, I get to help deliver complex projects that fuel commercial activity on an international scale.
Giving back is something that motivates me and throughout my career I’ve volunteered at community clinics. In my spare time I like to run and visit coffee shops.
