About me

As a partner and deputy head of Hill Dickinson’s Piraeus office, I lead our litigation and dispute resolution team. Here, I bring 30 years’ experience across Greek and English jurisdictions to advising shipowners, charterers, traders and insurers on marine insurance, charterparty disputes, carriage of goods, MoA disputes and related commercial claims.

I act in high-value court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations, often involving multi-jurisdictional complexities. Clients value my calm, strategic approach and trust me to safeguard their interests while delivering results with minimal stress.

I’ve acted on leading cases such as Delos Shipholding SA -v- Allianz (The WIN WIN),  Vitol -v- Capri Marine (The ALAMBRA) and Ullises Shipping Corporation -v- FAL Shipping Co Ltd (The "Greek Fighter"). I’m also ranked as a Leading Individual in The Legal 500 for shipping litigation and recognised for balancing sharp legal insight with commercial clarity.

I find calm in chaos, adventure in travel (Vietnam was unforgettable) and inspiration in Sweet Child O’ Mine, The Iliad, and Han Solo - how could you not?
