About me
I lead our Liverpool office as Office Managing Partner as well as heading up the Liverpool Corporate, Banking and Commercial teams.
With over 24 years’ experience advising public and private companies, entrepreneurs and investors, I specialise in M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate finance across a wide range of sectors, from tech and transport to energy and retail.
Hopefully clients value my calm, solution-focused approach and the fact that I stay involved from start to finish. I try to bring a commercial lens to every deal and work closely with clients at all stages of growth; whether scaling, exiting or restructuring.
I’m a longstanding trustee of The Hive (Wirral Youth Zone) and also a board member supporting education and skills development across the Liverpool City Region sitting on the PBS and Skills and Education Boards.
Outside of work I love spending time with my three kids as well as watching football, playing golf, reading, listening to music (all types and all sorts of it) and eating out.
