About me
I’m an associate in our Hong Kong office with a dual practice in dispute resolution and corporate transactions. I advise on a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including shipping, construction, insolvency, banking, regulatory compliance, employment, and data privacy.
On the transactional side, I support clients on M&A, joint ventures, vessel and share sales, syndicated loans, and general corporate matters, offering clear, commercially focused guidance from structuring through to completion.
I represent high net worth individuals, multinational corporations, financial institutions and shipping companies. Known for being meticulous and responsive, I aim to simplify complexity and deliver practical, strategic solutions. I speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and work comfortably on cross-border matters.
I’m also active in the community through the Law Society’s tennis team and School Talks Speakers’ Panel.
