About me
I’m a partner and head of the Corporate team in our London office. I specialise in all aspects of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, dual listings, open offers, accelerated book builds and cash box placings.
I advise both public and private companies across sectors such as mining, energy, life sciences, agriculture, consumer goods, and financial services.
I’m known for being pragmatic and commercial, helping clients get the outcome they want, even when navigating untested or novel legal areas. I particularly enjoy working in emerging markets and sectors, including medical cannabis, psychedelics and crypto.
Clients value the way I cut through legal complexity to deliver practical solutions. It’s rewarding to help them grow and succeed.
For pleasure, I enjoy football, cricket and rugby, and I play in our office netball team. It’s this team spirit that I bring to our work experience scheme for underrepresented students.
