About me
Based across the firm’s London and Leeds offices, I’m a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity and M&A transactions.
I help private equity sponsors, funds and strategics execute transactions governed by English law, with a particular focus on transactions with a cross-border dimension. I also support established corporates to pursue strategic growth opportunities across the UK.
My role is to provide clients with commercially pragmatic advice that allows them to achieve their objectives, whilst navigating any logistical or legal complexities that arise. I’m proactive in driving transactions forward, thereby enabling sophisticated clients to execute their goals efficiently.
Having practised at some of the world’s largest UK and US law firms in offices across the UK, Switzerland and Asia, I am able to offer my clients the accumulated insights and learnings derived from thousands of hours working on market-leading cross-border M&A transactions.

- Advised VIEW Group Norge on its acquisition of Cotton Group.
- Advised the shareholders of TrueSkin GmbH on its sale to Menwell Limited.
- Advised manufacturing and supply chain software provider QAD Inc. on its acquisition of Kavida Technologies Ltd, a pioneering platform in agentic AI for industrial software.
- Advised Quantum-Systems GmbH, a German unicorn focused on aerial intelligence solutions, as lead investor in a strategic convertible loan financing round for Frontline Robotics Ltd.
- Advised Finnfund, British International Investment, FMO and the LDN Fund, on their investment in sustainable forestry and plywood operator Miro Forestry Developments.
- Advised Quantum-Systems GmbH on its acquisition of Quantum Drones Limited.
