About me
I specialise in commercial real estate, including investment, development and asset management of landlord and tenant portfolios.
My work also covers real estate finance and renewable energy projects. I advise a wide range of clients, from property investors and developers to institutional landlords, funds, REITs, private equity houses, hotel and leisure operators, and renewable energy companies.
My approach is collaborative, friendly and responsive – I believe the best results come from working closely with clients and their teams. What I enjoy most is seeing deals through to completion and building strong relationships along the way, whether that’s through networking or simply sharing ideas.
Outside of work, I’m proud to be a trustee of Canine Partners, a charity that transforms lives through the incredible support of assistance dogs.
My experience
- Acting for an institutional investor on their forward funding of the development of a pre-let logistics centre in Birmingham with a GDV of £57 million.
- Acting for Arlington Advisors on the strategic sale of their 1,000 room PBSA portfolio for £24 million.
- Advising a high-profile family office on the acquisition of a headlease interest in a recently re-geared office building in the City of London for £17 million.
- Asset management, sales, purchases and refinancing work for a leading FTSE listed REIT with c£1 billion of commercial assets under management.
- Acting for various developers and funders in the acquisition and finance of strategic renewable energy projects across England and Wales.
