About me

I’m an associate who specialises in corporate law. I focus especially on private mergers and acquisitions along with private equity and corporate reorganisations.

I have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients – from ambitious owner-managed businesses to dynamic management teams and forward-thinking institutional investors.

Clients describe me as approachable, reliable, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Collaboration underpins the way I operate, and I work closely with clients to create practical, commercially savvy solutions that allow them to get the deal done. Problem-solving is a particular talent of mine and I tackle challenges head on to eliminate obstacles and ensure a seamless path to success.

Seeing a transaction successfully close after months of hard work is immensely satisfying to me. Along the way, I get to help clients reach significant milestones, whether that’s from a business perspective or a personal one, and that’s something I find truly rewarding about my role.
