About me
As a Partner and Head of our Health Employment team, I lead more than 30 lawyers who advise NHS organisations and other healthcare bodies on complex employment matters.
With over 20 years’ experience, I have represented NHS England, Health Education England and numerous Trusts in high-profile cases, as well as advising private and public sector employers.
My expertise covers director-level disputes, medical staffing issues and doctors in training. I also act as an advocate in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. I regularly draft national contracts and agreements and deliver training on workplace issues including investigations, harassment prevention and positive discrimination.
Clients describe me as approachable, knowledgeable and solution focused. What I enjoy most is helping organisations that provide vital services to manage challenges effectively.
Outside work, I coach an under-13 football team, enjoy running and the outdoors, and you may find me listening to The Stone Roses.
