About me
I’m a corporate finance lawyer focusing mainly on acquisitions and disposals, with significant additional experience in structuring joint ventures.
My clients are corporate entities of all sizes, from SMEs to PLCs. Whatever size the business and however complex the issue at hand, it’s my aim to make the process as stress-free as possible for my clients. With more than 25 years of experience and accumulated knowledge under my belt as a corporate finance lawyer, I’m good under pressure with an ability to find workable solutions to difficult problems.
As a legal adviser, I’m certainly results-driven, but my clients also value the fact that I’m approachable and attentive. I’ll always try to make a connection and work collaboratively with clients and peers so that the transactions I advise on are as straightforward as circumstances allow.
If I had to describe my working ethos I’d say I’m efficient, clear, organised, communicative and always aim to deliver on time.
