I specialise in corporate and commercial law, focusing particularly on equity capital markets, mergers, and acquisitions.
I work mostly with clients in the tech, AI and mining industries. This includes AIM and AQSE-listed companies, as well as emerging crypto asset and digital asset enterprises.
My role is to help clients execute transactions efficiently, fulfil their regulatory obligations and navigate strategic decisions with confidence, so they can achieve their commercial ambitions.
I bring together deep technical expertise with a strong interest in emerging technologies and digital asset regulation. My approach is solutions focused – translating complex issues into clear, practical guidance that aligns seamlessly with clients’ strategic objectives.
