About me

I have specialised in healthcare, social care, pharma and life sciences for over two decades. I’m experienced in advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, investments, joint ventures and general corporate law matters.

My clients include multinational corporations, investors and a wide array of funders. I also act directly for care operators, clinics, hospitals, doctors, healthtech startups and SMEs.

I combine the depth and breadth of my legal and sector expertise with an ability to understand what clients need, providing tailored advice that allows informed decision-making. I act as a true partner to my clients and many regard me as a go-to adviser they can depend on, no matter the circumstances.

Underpinning everything I do is an unwavering commitment to client success. I’m committed to the work I do, and I’m proud to have supported clients in making a difference for those they serve and look after.

In my spare time, I like to take part in charity events when I can, while I’m also a volunteer mentor for law students at Aston University. Whenever the opportunity arises, I like to get away from it all by escaping to the mountains, removed from everything.
