About me

Having practised for over 30 years, I’m a specialist commercial litigator who makes it my mission to help businesses resolve any disputes they face as effectively as possible.

I act for clients across a wide range of commercial disputes, and I’m especially experienced in high-profile, high-value and complex breach of contract disputes including international arbitration.

I’m pragmatic and efficient by nature, offering clients the experienced, well-considered, commercially savvy advice they need to resolve any challenge they face, no matter how difficult.

Whatever route my clients choose to go down, they can depend on me to achieve a favourable outcome. My experience spans alternative dispute resolution such as expert determination, mediation and arbitration, while I also regularly represent clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

I’m also a professional support lawyer for our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. In this role, I help the team with training, client tenders and general awareness raising, empowering them to anticipate and exceed the needs of their clients.
